Today I’m going to give you some tips on calming down and relaxing. I’ve recently had some problems with people at school which stresses me out. So this was well needed. I will probably talk about this in future but it will make it worse if I do it now. Anyway.
I slept in this morning which was nice as I usually wake up early.
I then relaxed a bit and went for a walk with Meru and my mum. This was just for entertainment and because there was force 12 wind last night and we wanted to see the damage. It was just a few blown down trees. No one was injured though.
