~3 Ingredient Vegan Tofu Smoothie~

hiya guys,

as you may know I and not vegan. If I was it would be amazing but it would make life supa harrrrd. I made this smoothie with random ingredients I had in my fridge.


  • 1 Cup soft/silken tofu
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut water

Put it all together in a blender and Taaadaaa. I would usually have this with peanut butter on toast or avocado on toast. You could then go on to add chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax or even some cocoa powder.
