I just want to share with you 3 ways to use a medium is size Pumpkin.
Carv your Pumpkin!
I decided to carv my Pumpkin at the top. This is because my Pumpkin was very short.
2. The next way to use your Pumpkin is with the seeds. Separate them from the Pumpkin flesh and rinse them. Then place them of a tray with paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Place it in a pre-heated oven at 200°c.
3. Pumpkin soup is one of my favourite soups. Fry onion and garlic in a pan with a drop of olive oil and a sprinkle of sugar. Wait until the onion has caramelised. Throw it in a pot on medium heat along with the Pumpkin and enough water to cover the tops of the Pumpkin. Add thyme and any chosen spices of your choice. After a few minutes remove the thyme and purée the soup.
